Cancellation Policy
At Di Shine Cleaning Ltd, we respect the time of both our clients and our Di Shiners. To ensure fairness, we have introduced a Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
When a booking is cancelled at short notice, it disrupts our schedule and results in a loss of income for our operatives. The following charges apply:
- If a cancellation or rescheduling takes place less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, up to a 50% fee may apply.
- If a cancellation or rescheduling takes place less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, a 50% fee will apply.
- If the property is found to be hazardous on arrival and we are unable to carry out the work as a result, a 50% fee will be charged.
- If the premises are not accessible or access is not granted within 30 minutes of arrival, resulting in cancellation, a 50% fee will be charged.
- If a booking contains incorrect details (for example, the wrong date or time) and cleaners are turned away, a 50% fee will be charged.
This policy ensures that our services remain fair, reliable, and respectful of everyone’s time.
